Our easy return policy ensures swift and prompt return. We practice No Questions Asked return policy, if the fault is ours. If you receive a defective/wrong/missing product, you can inform us about the same on email within 48 hours after you receive the product.
In such a scenario, we provide you an option to choose between refund and replacement along with our sincere apologies.
If you didn’t like the product ordered, you can still return it to us within Fourteen Days from receiving the order. However, the return policy is subject to limitations mentioned below-
- Certain categories of products don’t fall under the scope of return policy and hence, cannot be returned.
- Returns will only be accepted in unused, unsoiled and mint condition and should be sent in original packaging with proper tags, clips, hangers, and promotional material etc., whichever is applicable to the product to be returned.
- Just as we make 100% effort in product protection so that the product reaching our customers in the best condition possible, similarly when a return pickup is initiated, it is the responsibility of the customer to pack the product in safe condition for the product to survive the journey back to our warehouse. (Please use protective packaging like bubble-wrap, thermocol and other items provided by us or otherwise for complete safety.)
If you received a damaged product, we will give you an option of either replacing the product or claiming a refund. We bear shipment cost of the returns made by the recipient up-to seventy five rupees. However, no reimbursement is made, in cases otherwise
After, receipt of the product, quality checks are done. If the product/s passes through all the checks, a full refund is made. (For refund, check refund policy). Please note that refund is not made until the product has been duly verified and checked by us.
If the product/s fails to pass our our quality test, it is re- returned to the customer at their shipment expense.
For COD payments, refunds are made through Cheque or NEFT. For payments other than cash on delivery, i.e. net banking/ credit or debit card, the refund amount is transferred to the account used for online transaction.
The discount vouchers are non-refundable and will be treated used. However, loyalty points, if used are credit back to your account in case of refund.
Customers are hence requested to enter their contact details (email, address and contact number) correctly. A communication mail will be sent to them at the various stages of refund for their support & help.
