How should I create a Habbana.com account?

There are two ways to create an account on Habbana –

Click on the register button on the top right side of the page. Fill in your personal details, and you are ready to go!

Or, you can click on ‘Sign in with Facebook’ option and start shopping!

How do I edit my account?

Sign in using your login id and password. Once you sign in, you will be directed to a new page. Click on the welcome tab > your dashboard > edit and make the required edits. After the edit, click on the submit button to save the changes.

I lost my password. How should I get a new one?

To retrieve your password, sign in with the email id provided by you and click on the Forgot Password link below it. We will email you a link with the instructions to set a new password. Follow the instructions to get back to shopping onHabbana.com!

How should I Subscribe/Unsubscribe to alerts?

To subscribe to our latest promotional offers and exciting deals, simply enter your email address on the ‘sign up for our newsletter’ and be the first to know about our sales. You can cancel your subscription anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe button in one of our email newsletters.

I am clueless about my size, what should I do?

Every product featured on Habbana contains a size chart. Click on it to know your size.

I can’t find my size.

If you like a product and can’t find it in your size, just email us at support@habbana.com mentioning the product code along with the size you want and we promise to notify you as soon it comes back in stock.

Can I leave a product in my shopping bag and make a purchase in the future?

Yes, you can do that but we recommend you to purchase the product at that time as each product is subject to availability and price adjustments in the future.

Orders

How can I track my orders?

To check the present status of your order, go to My Account, enter your login details and click on ‘My Order’ section. You can also download the PDF version of your order from the same page for future reference.

How can I apply a coupon code or discount voucher to my order?

To apply a coupon code, click on your Cart and then click on Apply Coupon. Please note, you can only apply one coupon code during your purchase.

How do I cancel or edit my cart after placing the product in it?

Changed your mind? Simply click on Update Cart. To edit the quantity, click on the ‘+’ or ‘–’ sign whereas to cancel specific item of your order, click on the close sign on the upper left corner of that item to remove it from your shopping list.

I ordered multiple products but have only received part of it?

We dispatch goods from warehouses located at different locations across the country. If you have received only part of your order, chances are that the remainder of your order is already on its way to you.

What is a back order?

When we’re out of stock for one of our designs/products on the website, on popular demand we try and bring that particular product back into stock. These orders reflect as back orders in your cart so that you are aware that these are currently out of stock and will have a delay in delivery of the product.

How long does it take for a 'back order' to arrive?

Sometime we run out of stock in our dispatch center but the stock is available in our warehouse. It takes about 2 weeks for the products to reach our dispatch center and pass through our quality check and stock them over the website. After you have placed your order with us, it should take 15-20 days for your order to be dispatched from our center. Please note, unlike normal orders whose inventory is maintained by Habbana and dispatched within 48 hours, back orders are shipped within 15 to 20 days, hence we DO NOT deliver these in 3-4 business days.

Packaging

Do you charge for packaging?

We offer free and extremely safe packaging for all of our product categories.

What should I do on receiving a product with tampered packaging?

We package our products in tamper-proof, sealed packaging with dollops of love. However in the rarest of events, if you happen to receive tampered packaging, please don’t accept the package and give us a call or write us an email. Once your request reaches us, we will be happy to send a replacement.

How do you pack my fragile (and expensive) products like perfumes, shampoos so that they don't break in transit?

We totally understand that transit-process can be very rough on fragile products like glass bottles, etc. At Habbana.com, we ensure top-notch packaging for all our products. All fragile, leak-able items are first wrapped in LOTS of bubblewrap, then wrapped in corrugated sheets and then safely buried in a corrugated box (if it helps, we’ve shipped thousands of such orders without any spillage or damage 🙂 )

Shipping

Do you charge for shipments?

We don’t charge shipping fee for orders worth INR 700 and above. For, orders less than INR 700 we do levy standard shipment charges of INR 50 at the time of checkout.

How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?

Not long. As soon you place the order, our dispatch team gets started. Every single order is processed within 48 hours and shipped as soon as the order is processed. You will get an email confirmation with tracking ID as soon as the product is shipped from our warehouse. It takes about seven days for your order to reach you. In fact, if you’re ordering from a tier I city, chances are that your order will reach you sooner than expected.

How can I ship my order to a different address other than my billing address?

If your shipment address is different from the billing address, enter the same in the corresponding column before checking out.

Please note that in case of COD orders, the transaction amount will be collected from the shipping address.

Payment

What payment options are available to me at Habbana.com?

You can pay for your purchase with any Visa or MasterCard debit/credit card and through net banking. We also have cash on delivery available for a nominal fee.

Can I pay using COD (Cash on Delivery) mode of payment?

Yes, you can pay after receiving the goods at your doorstep. Also, we don’t exercise a limit on value of purchase for this payment option. So, you can shop for any amount you want to and make payment after receiving your purchase.

What are the charges for COD?

We charge a nominal fee of Rs 50 for all COD orders.

I am worried about the safety of online transactions.

What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card and the amounts gets credited and still I get a message that Order is not successfully placed.

In an extremely rare situation like this, we will refund back the amount to you within 7-10 business days. Just contact us through email or call us on our customer care number with the details of your transaction and we promise to refund your money within 10 days, maximum.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you simply want to return a product, you can return it within 15 days in unused condition with original tags and packaging. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Certain categories may not fall in the 15 days return policy. Please go to our return policy to check the list. NEED TO FIX THIS

How can I process a return?

To help us process your returns quickly, please keep these three points in mind-

·      Inform us within 15 days from the date of receiving the product by emailing us at support@habbana.com.

·      Send us a detailed email with an invoice number.

·      Double-check the invoice number before hitting the send button.

When will I get the refund amount?

The amount is refunded to you within 7-15 business days after the product has been received at our warehouse and surpassed our quality control process. If you received a damaged product, we will give you an option of either replacing the product or claiming a refund.

If you don’t like the product, you can still return it. In such a situation we will give you store-credit of the equivalent amount along with the shipping charges that you may have borne through a unique coupon code, which will be emailed to you. You can use this store credit anytime within a period of one year from the date of issue.

What does Habbana’s Piggy Bank do?

Our Piggy Bank is basically YOUR piggy bank that collects money every time that you shop with us. This money or cash-back, however little or more, is redeemable on your next purchase.

How does the Piggy Bank work?

Each product category on Habbana.com (like clothing, sunglasses, perfumes, beauty) has a fixed percentage that comes back into your account as cash-back when you shop a product from that particular category. For example, when you shop a top for Rs1000, you will get 5% of the amount you spent (i.e Rs 50) in your Piggy Bank. You can redeem this cash-back across categories on your next purchase. You may also choose to save up in your Piggy Bank and redeem a higher amount later.

How do I find out what is the percentage of cash-back for each category of products?

We know it can get rather confusing at first. The entire list of categories along with the respective cash-back percentage is given here. In fact, the exact amount of the cash-back you can earn on any particular product is shown on the product page before you add it to cart.

Is there a minimum amount that I need to spend to redeem my cash-back?

On Habbana.com, you don’t need to accumulate a fixed amount in your Piggy Bank before you spend it. However, when you’re redeeming your cash-back and due to the discount the cart value becomes zero, our systems will be unable to proceed with placing your order. Our system needs a minimum value of Re 1 in the cart to move further. Should such a situation arise, we suggest you add either one more product to your cart (of even the lowest value) or pick a product that’s priced higher.

Do I earn cash-back in my Piggy Bank even on discounted products?

Of course, you do! You earn the cash-back on the discounted price of the product, and not the actual price.
