How can I check my orders?
To check the present status of your order, go to My account, enter your login details and click on ‘My Order’ section. You can also download the PDF version of your order from the same page for future reference.
How can I apply a coupon code or discount voucher to my order?
To apply coupon code, click on Your cart and then click on Apply Coupon.
How do I cancel or edit my cart after placing the product in it?
Changed your mind? Simply click on Update Cart. To edit the quantity, click on the ‘+’ or ‘–’ sign whereas to cancel specific item of your order, click on the close sign on the upper left corner of that item to remove it from your shopping list.
I ordered multiple products but have only received part of it?
We dispatch goods from warehouses located at different locations across the country. If you have received only part of your order, chances are that the remainder of your order is already on its way to you.
I am clueless about my size, what should I do?
Every product featured on Habbana contains a size chart. Click on it to know your size.
I can’t find my size.
If you like a product and can’t find it in your size, just email us mentioning the product code along with the size you want and we promise to notify you as soon it comes back in stock.
Can I leave a product in my shopping bag and make a purchase in the future?
Yes, you can do that but we recommend you to purchase the product at that time as each product is subject to availability and price adjustments in the future.
What payment options are available to me at Habbana?
You can pay for your purchase with any Visa or MasterCard and through net banking.
Can I pay using COD mode of payment?
Yes, you can pay after receiving the goods at your doorstep. Also, we don’t exercise a limit on value of purchase for this payment option. So, you can shop for any amount you want to and make payment after receiving your purchase.
What are the charges for COD?

What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card and the amounts gets credited and still I get a message that Order is not successfully placed.
In an extremely rare situation like this, we will refund back the amount to you within 7-10 business days. Just contact us through email or call us on our customer care number with the details of your transaction and we promise to refund your money within 10 days, maximum.
Do you charge for shipments?
We don’t charge shipping fee for orders worth INR 1000 and above. For, orders less than INR 1000 we do levy standard shipment charges at the time of checkout.
How long do I have to wait for my purchase?
Not long. As soon you place the order, we take it from there. Every single order is processed within 24 hours and shipped within 4-5 business days. However, sometimes shipment may get delayed a tiny bit due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond power of our control.
How Can I ship my order to a different address other than my billing address?
If your shipment address is different from the billing address, enter the same in the corresponding column before checking out.
Do you charge for packaging?
We offer free packaging for all of our product categories.
What should I do on receiving a product with tampered packaging?
We package our products in tamper- proof, sealed packaging with dollops of love. However in the rarest of events, if you happen to receive tampered packaging, please don’t accept the package and give us a call or write us an email .Once your request reaches to us, we will be happy to send a replacement.
What is the return policy?
You can return the goods within 7 days in unused condition, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. The policy is subject to the following conditions-
All items purchased under beauty basket and Fragrances Category are exempt from return policy.
Any product purchased under sale/ gifting can not be returned.
The products must be returned in their original packaging (Bags, Cases, tags, pouches and clips).
How can I process a return?
To help us process your returns quickly, please keep these three points in mind-
Inform us within 7 days.
Send us a detailed email with an invoice number.
Double-check the invoice number before hitting the send button.
When will I get the refund amount?
The amount is refunded to you within 7-15 business days from the date of filing the refund request. If the fault is from our side, we give you an option of either replacing the product or claiming a refund.
If you don’t like the product, you can still return it. However, in such a situation we will give you store-credit of the equivalent amount along with the shipping charges to your store credit, which can be used by you within a period of one year.
Please note that we don’t refund money or entertain requests of such kind in the above situation.
How should I create a Habbana account?
There are two options to create an account on Habbana –
Click on the register button on the top right of the page. Fill in your personal details, and you are ready to go!
Or, you can click on ‘Signin with Facebook’ option and start shopping!
How do I edit my account?
Sign in your login id and password. Once you sign in, you will be directed to a new page. Click on the welcome tab > your dashboard > edit and make the required edits.
After the edit, click on the submit button to save the changes.
I lost my password. How should I get a new one?
To retrieve your password, sign in with the email id provided by you and click on the forgot password link below it. We will email you a link with the instructions to set a new password. Follow the instructions to get back!

What is HRP?
Introducing HRP (Habbana Reward Points), a new way to save money without cutting down your shopping. Designed to reward our loyalists every time you shop with us, HRP endeavours to make shopping an enriching, guilt free experience.
How does it work?
For every purchase made, you earn a certain points mentioned above the products. Once you earn a fixed number of points, you can avail lucrative price discount on the overall bill.
How Can I redeem HRP?
Each reward point has a discount value. For every 100 HRP, one gets a discount of one rupee. To redeem your points, click on redeem my points before making a checkout.Partial Redemption of HRP is not possible.You can redeem all of your HRP or to a maximum of the amount of your Invoice.
Do you charge for gift wrap?
We pack your gifts in a special Habbana gifting box, with our best wishes. Additionally, we remove the price tags from items to be gifted. For the aforesaid services, we charge a minimal amount of 30 rupees.
Can I get refund on gifts?
At the moment, we don’t offer returns on gifts.
