You can request for a cancellation of an order by sending us an email at email@example.com or by giving us a call at +91 8268001113 (11:30am – 6:00pm Monday-Friday)
How to raise a dispute for a wrong/damaged product received
If you have received a wrong or damaged product. Please inform us about the same within 48 hours of the products delivered at your address.
Please send a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details as well as pictures of the product & invoice received with the order.
How many days to wait for a refund/replacement
We at Habbana try to have the products replaced or have you refunded as quick as possible. Once the product reaches back our warehouse, our quality team takes 3-4 business days to have it inspected and issue the refund or replacement. It may take additional 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund for an order paid by Debit/Credit Card. In case of COD orders, an automated email will be sent asking for NEFT details and the payment will be refunded in form of NEFT.
