How to track my order

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

How to cancel my order

You can request for a cancellation of an order by sending us an email at support@habbana.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to raise a dispute for a wrong/damaged product received

If you have received a wrong or damaged product. Please inform us about the same within 48 hours of the products delivered at your address.

Please send a mail at support@habbana.com with your order details as well as pictures of the product & invoice received with the order.

How many days to wait for a refund/replacement

We at Habbana try to have the products replaced or have you refunded as quick as possible. Once the product reaches back our warehouse, our quality team takes 3-4 business days to have it inspected and issue the refund or replacement. It may take additional 3-5 business days for the bank to process the refund for an order paid by Debit/Credit Card. In case of COD orders, an automated email will be sent asking for NEFT details and the payment will be refunded in form of NEFT.
